This is an Additions & Alterations project for a condominium facelift and common areas at Richmond Park Condo, Orchard. It was a complete architectural reimagining of a 25-year-old condominium. Our design strategy was to provide a fresh “facelift” that breathed new life into the existing structure, starting with a redefined entrance and a modern guardhouse. This transformation started from the moment of arrival and extended to the new tower’s colour scheme. The revitalisation extended to all common facilities, including a brand-new gym and refreshed interior spaces.
By updating the layouts and finishes, we transformed aging utility areas into premium lifestyle hubs. These upgrades ensured the development remained competitive, offering residents modern amenities within a familiar, well-established setting. The hallmark of this revival was a curated palette of bronze-toned aluminum paired with natural travertine. This sophisticated contrast gave the façade an elegant, enduring character. The result was a timeless aesthetic that honoured the building’s history while positioning it as a premier example of modern, quiet luxury.
