This is a new erection of a detached house consisting of 2 storeys with a basement and an attic floor. Standing tall with a commanding presence, this detached home was designed for a modern multi-generational family. To navigate the site’s natural slope, we created a functional “basement” level, leading guests on a grand entrance up a half-flight of stairs. The façade was a study in luxury and texture, featuring travertine marble cladding and warm, timber-effect screening. This combination provided a sophisticated, “handsome” look while ensuring the family enjoyed total privacy from the street.
The overall architectural language was modern contemporary, built with a “timeless” philosophy in mind. To balance the home’s impressive height and long layout, we introduced curved corners to soften the silhouette and add a touch of organic elegance. The result was a lasting piece of architecture that felt both monumental and inviting—a perfect sanctuary designed to serve the family for decades to come.
